
Jaime Bartolett (she/her) graduated as Valedictorian from Marymount Manhattan College where she received a BFA in Acting and a Minor in Business. She is Associate Producer at Neil Gooding Productions and Associate Producer at Shea Theatricals. Neil Gooding Productions brings high quality theatrical experiences to Australian and international audiences. They uphold a strong emphasis on the development of new work, focusing particularly on Musical Theatre. Alongside Neil Gooding, Jaime has worked on productions including The Opposite of Love (Hudson Theatre, LA 2025), Shirley Valentine (upcoming), BLUE: The Song of Joni Mitchell (US Tour upcoming). Shea Theatricals was founded by Jana Shea of Seaview Productions (Stereophonic, Parade, Slave Play). While at Shea Theatricals, Jaime has worked on numerous projects including but not limited to All of Me (Signature Theatre 2024), How to Dance in Ohio (Broadway 2024), Lempicka (Broadway 2024), and Little Dancer (West End 2025). Independently, she is producing the new musical King of Pangea, written by Martin Storrow. Infatuated with theatre and the creative process, Jaime prioritizes storytelling that does good for the world and supports artists from all backgrounds.

Jaime was previously an Associate Producer at Broadstream, an arts and arts-adjacent streaming service that makes theatre more accessible for Millennials and Gen Z-ers across the world. There, she produced digital series including "Broadway en Spanglish", “Songs by an Immigrant” and "Authentically You; Celebrate Asian Joy". Lastly, she is co-owner of Snack Time Studios, a production company that brings to life digital content including “Second Act Snacks”, a Broadway-meets-Food-network webseries, and Mutha, a podcast featuring three Black mothers who work in theatre; they discuss balancing work and motherhood in an industry that was not built for them.

Outside of theatre, Jaime is a passionate changemaker and is a member of the Emerging Leaders Network (ELN) of the New York Women’s Foundation. The ELN is an initiative created to engage and empower the next generation of thought leaders toward the goal of making equity and justice a reality in NYC and beyond. She is also on the NAMT New Works Selection Committee.
